Banners! Banners!

Our beloved town, Licab, celebrated its 155th Foundation Anniversary last March 28 & 29, 2009.

It is such a delight to see many new things to commemorate this special event. Balikbayans never failed to notice the various colorful banners posted in every street light posts along Don Dalmacio Street.

Organizers moved away from using the usual "banderitas", but instead provided eye-cathing banners that showcase love for the town and some of the foundation day's activity highlights .

Certainly, we give a V positive approval for Mayor Willy Domingo and the rest of the people who continue to design better ways to make the ocassion worth celebrating.

Proud to be Licabeño!
