This year, the events organizers have once again whipped off exciting activities to celebrate this momeontous occassion.
Guided with the theme: "LICABEÑO: Balik Tipon at Magsaya, Sa Pag-unlad Sama-sama!", the 4-day celebration strives to inculcate to all Licabeños that everyone must unite together as one body towards a progressive community.
